Changed project structure. Moved a lot of code into python scripts and seperated remaining shell and python scripts into their own folder. Added requirements.txt file for needed python dependencies. Updated flatpak configuration to respect new build structure.

Disambiguate release version in appstream metadata
...
Blackmagic released Resolve 18.5.0 (beta 1) and (beta 2), and
Appstream expects <release version=""> to be unique. Disambiguate
using the numericDate.

Add Appstream metainfo
...
This adds appstream metainfo so that we display correct data
in e.g. GNOME Software, etc. This is useful even if we sideload
the Flatpak as then we display in the list of installed software,
and the version number is listed correctly in 'flatpak list'.

Break out Resolve & Resolve Studio into separate yaml

This change breaks out Resolve & Resolve Studio into separate
yamls, and moves a lot of core functionality into scripts.
It also fixes numerous bugs and is a bit more tested than before.
